Introducing Brighton Cocktail Tours

Welcome to Brighton Cocktail Tours, we’re delighted to have you here. Launching today, we wanted to tell you a bit more about ourselves, and what you can expect to see very soon.

It all starts with our two favourite things: Brighton and cocktails. We believe Brighton has a world-class cocktail scene, packed with creative mixologists, exceptional bars, and hidden gems, all dedicated to pushing the boundaries of craft cocktails. 

Brighton Cocktail Tours’ Harry has spent over a decade in pursuit of the perfect cocktail, from launching a range of premium spirits, to organising Brighton Cocktail Festival. Moving from London to Brighton after lockdown, he was inspired by the city’s extraordinary cocktail culture and has made it his mission to celebrate and share his love for Brighton’s best bars for everyone to enjoy. 

So that’s why we’re here to shine a light on the very best cocktails that this spectacular city has to offer. We’ll be partnering with an extensive network of first-class bars and mixologists to provide premium cocktail tours for all tastes every Wednesday and Friday in central Brighton.

Guided by our cocktail expert, you’ll visit three of Brighton’s most celebrated cocktail bars, each offering their unique twist on a cocktail from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. Along the way, you’ll learn about the history of cocktails and the art of mixology - all while enjoying some world-class drinks created exclusively for the tours.
