With a passion for the art of mixology, Harry has spent over a decade in pursuit of the perfect cocktail. From launching a range of premium spirits, to organising Brighton Cocktail Festival, he’s spent many years shining a light on the extraordinary craft of cocktail creation.
Moving from London to Brighton, Harry was inspired by the city’s exceptional cocktail culture and has made it his mission to celebrate and share his love for Brighton’s best bars for everyone to enjoy.
